Our History

The much-loved original Kingsway Cinema, demolished in 1970, stood on the site of Morrisons supermarket in London Road, Hadleigh.
In 2011 Hadleigh Old Fire Station opposite was refurbished & re-opened as a community hub and our first Kingsway Community 'Pop -up' Cinema event soon followed.
With no purpose-built cinema in mainland Castle Point this popular event is set to become a regular programme of film screenings at affordable prices and accessible to all.
